Owners and Pharmacists

BJ and Jenifer’s goal is to provide high-quality patient care while building lasting relationships with every patient. They have called Starkville home for more than 20 years and share two daughters, Alex and Mary Kenway.

BJ graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2002 with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi in 2004. In 2026, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.

Jennifer graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Biological Sciences before continuing her education at the University of Mississippi. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, magna cum laude, in 2002, followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy, magna cum laude, in 2004.

Riley graduated from Mississippi State University in 2019 with a degree in Biological Sciences. She went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from William Carey University School of Pharmacy in 2022. Riley has called Starkville home for the past seven years.

Ahmed Orabi

Ahmed graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2025, earning both his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is certified in APhA Immunization Delivery and Basic Life Support (BLS). Ahmed has been with BJ's Family Pharmacy for 10 months and is excited to continue serving the Starkville community.

Katie Brewer

Katie graduated from Jones County Junior College with an Associate of Science degree. She and her husband, Hayden, have been married since 2020. They have one daughter, Hallie Kate, and are excited to welcome a son in January.

Cailee Helen McClain

Cailee has lived in Starkville her entire life and is a graduate of Starkville High School. In 2016, she earned her associate degree from East Central Community College. She and her fiancé, Austin, share a daughter named Collins.

Kristen Brown

Kristen graduated from Itawamba Community College's Pharmacy Technician Program in 2015. She is from West Point and has worked as a pharmacy technician for more than 10 years. Kristen lives with her husband, Dermarious Brown, and their two daughters, Journi and Dynver.

Ashley Denson

Ashley graduated from Mississippi State University in 2025 with a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. She has lived in Ackerman her entire life and is engaged to be married.
